There are so many wonderful winter drink recipes, but I've been making this one for a few years and it is all the rave at Christmas parties! I usually make way too much and end up drinking peppermint white Russians for a week straight afterwards.

Peppermint White Russians
(Recipe makes 4-5 drinks)
2 cups milk
1/2 of a Hershey White Chocolate Peppermint Bar (half of 3.5 oz bar)
Kahlua
Peppermint Schnapps
Candy canes or peppermints (smashed)
Corn syrup (for rim)
1. In saucepan, melt Hershey bar half in milk. Stif often so chocolate does not burn and stick to saucepan!
2. Cool mix (now a delightful light pink color) to room temperature.
3. Add corn syrup to glass rims and dip into smashed peppermint pieces.
4. Mix with ice, 1 oz Kahlua, 1 oz Peppermint Schnapps, and additional milk if desired.
5. Pour and enjoy!
What's your favorite holiday drink?
xoxo.
stay wild.
